Metro Message Signs for public safety are our most compact portable message signs, designed for use in metropolitan areas where space is tight. Light enough to be towed by most vehicles, Metro signs feature a full matrix display, outstanding legibility and superior performance. The display is available in two sizes, and a touchscreen controller is included.
MINI METRO SIGNS
Wanco Mini Matrix Message Signs are smaller than our full-size signs, making them easy to maneuver and deploy. This model, designed specifically for law enforcement and public safety, provides ease of programming, features a blue-and-white color scheme, and offers many additional options to extend functionality.
RADAR SPEED TRAILER
Wanco’s Compact Speed Trailer for Public Safety has the largest portable speed sign available today. Designed for public safety and law enforcement agencies, the giant display shows vehicle speed in bold 26-inch characters, warning motorists to slow down by flashing their excessive speed. The trailer’s see-through design puts pedestrians in view, improving their safety — particularly in high-risk areas. The automated solar charging system provides long run times.
RVMS TRAILERS
Much like Vetted’s Mobile ALPR Speed Trailer, the Video Message Sign ALPR trailer is feature rich and easily deployed. Instead of speed awareness capability, the VMS trailer can be used to alert the public of any relevant information such as special events or BOLO alerts.
With virtually of the same hardware and electronics as the rest of Vetted’s ALPR trailer line, these message trailers are easily serviceable with simple training and onboarding provided. The ALPR VMS is a game changer for interdiction purposes and an excellent tool for keeping the public informed.
